The kids got the Makey Makey yesterday and they are super-excited to so some cool stuff with it. Madeline made a banana piano (http://youtu.be/00gtIKvkcEc) and we’re going to do some piano stairs this weekend.

Wow… the research that goes into finding these things is pretty astounding. That they are able to identify mutations on individual genes is just awesome.
Go read “The Emperor of all Maladies” if you haven’t already! It’s a great book that really gives a very good history of cancer and cancer research.
